摘要
利用硫酸分解磷矿的料浆作为液相原料,与其他原料在转鼓造粒机中经氨化、粒化得到复合肥产品。该技术有效地利用了磷矿中钙、镁、硫、铁等中微量营养元素,并且减少了磷酸生产中产生的磷石膏造成的环境污染。该技术中试生产的15-15-15MOP肥料与常规肥料在花生上进行田间肥效试验,增产明显。
Using phosphate rock slurry decomposed by sulfuric acid as the liquid raw material, compound fertilizer was produced through ammoniation and granulation in the rotary drum granulator. The technology can effectively use trace nutrient elements in the phosphate rock, such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, etc. and reduce the environmental pollution caused by phosphorus gypsum in the production of phosphoric acid. The pilot of 15-15-15MOP urine based fertilizer and conventional fertilizer were applied to field fertilizer experiment on peanut, production increased significantly.
