皮带割边机设计制作及应用

Production and Application of Belt Cutting Machine Design

针对矿井使用皮带输送机产生的废旧皮带回收复用率较低,资源浪费较大的问题,通过研究设计,制作了皮带割边机,通过皮带割边机可以对回收的废旧皮带进行割边、截断,再经过简单处理即可代替井下大量使用的高价水槽,且经济耐用、便于安装。通过该皮带割边机可以高效快捷的对废旧皮带进行割边截断,极大提高了废旧皮带制作水槽的效率,进一步提高了废旧皮带的回收复用率。

Based on low recovery rate of mine wasted belt causing resources waste, belt cutting machine was made by design, cutting edge and truncation could be done to the wasted belt, which could replace the expensive water tank by simple operation, with the advantages of durability and installation. Belt cutting machine could cut edge to the wasted belt to improve the wasted belt making water tank efficiency and the recovery rate of wasted belt.
