Analysis on Reasons and Countermeasures of Mine Scraper Conveyor Electric Motor Burning Loss

针对我国煤矿刮板输送机电动机烧损的问题,从设备匹配、维修质量、井下操作、电气机械故障及日常管理维护等方面展开综合分析,提出了预防电动机烧损的针对性措施和建议。实践表明,这些措施有效预防了电动机烧损,延长了电动机的使用寿命。

Based on the problem of f mine scraper conveyor electric motor burning loss, the comprehensive analysis was conducted from equipment matching, maintenance quality, underground operation, electrical mechanical failure and daily management of maintenance, specific measures and suggestions of preventing motor loss were put forward. The practice showed that these measures effectively prevented the motor loss and prolonged the service life of the motor.
