摘要
二甲胺的废水及废气主要来源于富马酸二甲酯(DMF)水溶液分离提纯过程。介绍了目前有关二甲胺废水及废气的治理方法,包括低温等离子体净化器、弱酸性阳离子树脂交换、空气吹脱、直接污水生化、膜过滤等方法,以及治理效果和可行性。提出目前二甲胺废气及废水处理方法都不尽完善,今后在治理二甲胺废水废气时,应避免二次污染的产生并降低运行成本。
Wastewater and waste gas containing dimethylamine mainly come from the purification process of dimethyl formamide (DMF) aqueous solution. Some current relevant treatment methods including low-temperature plasma purifier, weak acid cation exchange resin, air stripping, direct wastewater biochemical treatment and membrane filtration etc.were presented. And then the harnessing effect and feasibility of these methods on were proposed. It is pointed out that due to some drawbacks in treating dimethylamine wastewater or waste gas, the cost and secondary pollution should be taken into account in the future.
