摘要
立足物资采购部门职能,详细分析了冀中能源物资分公司面对企业经营管理困难,所采取的价格管理、供应链优化、加大物资集中采购力度、价格联动等一系列降低采购成本的方法。实践表明,该公司的物资采购成本控制措施能够有效降低运营成本。
Based on purchasing department functions, enterprise management difficulties of Goods and Materials Branch, Jizhong Energy was analyzed, price management, supply chain optimization, centralized purchasing and price linkage were adopted to reduce purchasing cost. The practice showed that the measures could reduce operation cost of the company.
