提高残疾人的就业创业能力——基于职业培训的视角

Improve the Employability and Entrepreneurship of People with Disabilities——Based on the Perspective of Vocational Training

研究立足于职业培训的视角,期望借助于职业培训,提高残疾人的就业创业能力,进而提高其就业率及创业率。通过查阅相关文献,了解到现有的残疾人职业培训存在一些问题:培训针对性欠缺、缺乏培训和实习基地、重理论轻实践、缺乏创业培训的相关内容、跟踪服务不到位等。针对以上问题,提出以下建议:进行分层分类培训;建立培训和实习基地、理论与实践结合;开展网络创业培训;加强培训的后续跟踪服务。

Based on the perspective of vocational training, the study is expected to improve the employment and entrepreneurship of people with disabilities by means of vocational training, and to improve the employment rate of entrepreneurship. Through access to relevant literature, there are some problems in understanding the existing vocational training for people with disabilities： the lack of specific training, lack of training and practice base, heavy theory light practice, lack of relevant content entrepreneurship training, tracking service not in place and so on. In view of the above problems, the paper puts forward the following suggestions： hierarchical classification training; to establish the training and practice base, the combination of theory and practice; to develop network entrepreneurship training; to strengthen the training of follow-up selwices.
