摘要
基于2500kN大型电液伺服疲劳试验系统,采用模拟连杆实际受力状况而专门设计的夹具,结合三维CAD建模及非线性有限元软件仿真以辅助计算最小安全系数,通过对多种大功率柴油机连杆进行疲劳性能试验,验证了该系统的可靠性及装配方案的可行性。在对系统夹具设备的安装调整与试验运行过程中,自主设计制作了具有针对性的辅助工装,并摸索了一套大功率柴油机连杆疲劳试验的装配与操作规范。最后分析了温度的影响并总结了预加载除间隙、作动器调零等方面的相关经验,简要介绍了部分重要项点的监测及设置事项。
Based on the 2500 kN large electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test system, a specially designed fixture was used to simulate the actual stress status of connecting rod. By the assistance of 3D CAD modeling and nonlinear finite element simulation, a minimum safety factor could be calculated. According to the fatigue test for some kinds of high power diesel engine conrod, the system reliability and assembling feasibility were verified. In the processes of equipment installation and test run, some specific tools were designed to help the fixture modulation, and a set of specifications of high power diesel engine conrod assembling and operationwas found out. Eventually, the influence of temperature was analyzed and the related experience of clearance adjustment and actuator zero-setting was summarized. The monitoring and setting of some important tese points were also introduced.
