摘要 急性心肌梗死是冠状动脉急性阻塞引起的心肌严重缺血和坏死,早期预测急性心肌梗死的梗死面积,对估计患者的病情和预后具有重要临床意义。心电图Selvester QRS记分法、QRS波终末变形可通过一份常规心电图获得,肌钙蛋白的测定亦简单易行,本文通过阐述三者在评估急性心肌梗死患者梗死面积中的研究进展,旨在为评估梗死面积寻找简单有效的方法。 Acute myocardial infarction refers to severe myocardial ischemia and myocardial nec- rosis caused by acute coronary artery occlusion. It has important clinical significance of evaluating patient' s condition and prognosis to predict the infarct area of acute myocardial infarction in an early phase. Selvester QRS scoring method and QRS complex terminal part deformation can be acquired by a copy of rountine ECG. The determination of troponin is also simple and easy to carry out. This paper is aimed to discover a simple and effective method of evaluating infarct area by reviewing the latest research progress of the above three methods in assessing the infarct area in acute myocardial infarction patients.
