An Analysis of the Derivation and Internal Differences of the Production System of Welfare States

生产系统是从亚当·斯密到马克思关于"劳动生产"的论述基础上逐步产生的,是基于国家和社会关系基础之上而形成。自20世纪50年代以来福利国家的兴起,资本主义的生产方式也随之发生了变化,并在原有的资本主义生产系统的基础上衍生出了福利国家生产系统。然而,福利国家生产系统的内部是存在差异的——这一点往往被国内学者所忽视。从国家和社会关系视角来剖析这种差异,能更深刻地理解以福利国家为代表的资本主义世界内部的不同,并有助于重新审视所谓福利国家的"私有化"改革,其本质上只是生产系统的私有化改革——这是由福利国家生产系统的本质属性决定的。

On the basis of Marx and Adam Smith＇s discussion of labor production, the production system, a form of production based on national and social relations, was elaborated gradually. Since the rise of the welfare state in the 1950＇s, the capitalist mode of production was changed and the production system of welfare states was formed from the original capitalist production system. However, there are differences in the inside of the production system of welfare states- this is often overlooked by China＇s scholars. To analyze these differences from the perspective of the relationship between state and society can more deeply understand differences within the capitalist world represented by welfare states and be conducive to re-examining the so-called privatization reform in welfare states, which is essentially just the privatization reform in the production system and is determined by the nature of the production system of welfare states.
