摘要
对重庆地区的蓝莓园叶枯病进行调查,对发病叶片进行分离、培养,通过菌落形态、生理生化和16S r DNA遗传分析鉴定到一株Bacillus cereus;将B.cereus针刺回接蓝莓幼苗,观察幼苗发病情况和测定植株中氧化保护酶SOD、POD和CAT活力。结果表明蓝莓叶片病斑变大,叶片枯黄,植株死亡;B.Cereus能提高发病植株叶片中氧化保护酶活力。研究表明B.cereus能引发蓝莓叶枯病。
The blueberry leaves scorch disease was investigated in blueberry fields of Chongqing city. Infected leaves were collected and cultured on Luria-Bertani (LB). The bacterium was identified as Bacillus cereus by 16S rDNA sequence analysis, as well as its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. B. cereus was punctured to blueberry plants. The pathogenesis plants were observed and the antioxidant enzyme SOD, POD, CAT activities were measured. The result revealed that leaves lesion were gradually large, leaves became yellow and plants were dead. B. Cereus obviously promoted antioxidant enzyme activity of the infected plants leaves. This study showed B. cereus had the ability to infect blueberry and initiate leaf scorch disease.
