产肠毒素大肠杆菌研究进展和面临挑战 被引量:12

摘要 产肠毒素大肠杆菌(Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,ETEC)可以导致人类和初生幼畜腹泻的重要人畜共患型病原体。每年大约有2.8~4亿例五岁以下儿童感染ETEC相关联的腹泻,导致约30~50万人死亡;还约有4亿例成人腹泻病与ETEC感染相关。
