Synthesis and Characterization of 5,15-bis-Pentafluorophenyl-10,20-di-(2-pyridyl-) Porphyrin

摘要 采用两步法合成了5,15-二-(五氟苯基)-10,20-二(2-吡啶基)自由卟啉分子,探讨了反应过程中催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对目标产物产率的影响。结果表明,制备中间产物双吡咯基五氟苯基甲烷时,催化剂BF3·Et2O与五氟苯甲醛的物质的量之比为1∶15,制备目标产物的反应温度为145℃,反应时间为1 h,在该条件下目标产物的产率最高达到33.6%。通过MS,IR,UV-Vis,1HNMR,19FNMR及EA测试技术对产物进行了表征,在470 nm的光激发下,该化合物最强发射峰位于711 nm,可以作为潜在的发光材料。 A novel compound 5,15-bis-pentafluorophenyl-10,20-di-( 2-pyridyl-) porphyrin was synthesized by two steps. The effects of the dosage of catalytic agent,temperature and time on the yield of the target compound were investigated. The results show that the yield of the target compound reaches33. 6% when the molar ratio of catalyst to pentafluoro-benzaldehyde is 1∶15,the temperature is 145 ℃and the reaction time is 1 h. The target product was characterized by means of MS,IR,UVVis,1HNMR,19 FNMR and EA. Meanwhile,it displays intense fluorescence emission with the maximum at 711 nm upon 470 nm excitation at room temperature,indicating that they may be candidates for luminescent material.
