摘要 非法采砂引发的河道水位下降问题,不仅降低河岸引水建筑物的引水效率,还使得上下游水位差增大,对拦河闸坝安全运行造成不利影响。以橡胶坝工程为例分析下游不同水位下降对工程的防渗、消能防冲和稳定的影响,得出下游水位下降越多对工程安全越不利,并且消能工的各个组成部分之间的破坏关系是相互影响的结论,并提出要重视闸坝工程建后管理和河道采砂的不利影响,以确保工程安全运行的建议。 Illegal sand excavation may induce lowering of water level in river courses, and exert negative impact on safe operation of sluice and dam, as it not only reduces efficiency of water diversion works on the river bank but also increases the waterhead upstream and downstream. Analysis on impact of increase waterhead upstream and downstream on seepage control and energy dissipation and erosion control are undertaken with an example of rubble dam. It concludes that lowering of water level downstream may cause harm to the safety of water structures and the damage of each component are interacted. It is proposed to pay more attention on control of sluice and dam and negative impact of sand excavation, so as to ensure safe operation of water structures.
