摘要
将均匀沉淀法制得的碱式碳酸锌前驱体与TiO2溶胶复合,制备TiO2/ZnO复合光催化剂,将其用于光降解实验。利用扫描电镜、氮气等温吸附-脱附和激光粒度仪对试样进行表征。结果表明:TiO2复合量对产品表观形貌、氮气吸附脱附行为和粒度分布有较大影响,10%(TiO2)/ZnO试样形貌均匀,比表面积为79.37m2/g,粒度分布较窄,分散性较好;其光催化活性明显优于纯的纳米ZnO,光降解90min后,亚甲基兰的降解率达到96.6%,经过10次循环使用后保持高催化活性。
TiO2/ZnO composite photocatalysts were prepared by zinc subcarbonate precursors mixed with titanium dioxide sol and used in light-catalyzed reaction. The composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen gas adsorption-desorption isotherm and laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that TiO2 complex quantity had great effect on product morphology, nitrogen adsorption ~ desorption behavior and particle size distribution. The sample with (TiO2)/ZnO of 10% showed even appearance, narrow size distribution, better dispersion and the specific surface area of 79.37 m^2/g. Its photocatalytic activity was apparently better than pure nano-ZnO. Methylene blue degradation rate could reach 96.6% after ultraviolet photoemission for 90 min and catalyst could maintain high catalytic activity even used for 10 cycles.
