耐温耐盐稠油乳化降黏剂的制备与评价 被引量:1

摘要 针对注蒸汽开采稠油油藏过程中存在的储层物性差、中高含水油井天然气吞吐效果不太理想的问题,研制了以改性聚氧乙烯酚醚类为主,两种性质改进剂为辅的乳化降黏剂,并对其提高注汽采油的效果进行了现场试验。结果表明,在降黏剂比例为8∶1∶0.5时,耐Ca^2+、Mg^2+浓度可达30g/L;在125℃以下具有较好的热稳定性;用量0.3%时,驱油效率能提高19%,含水率大于50%,w(乳化剂)在0.1%-0.5%时的原油黏度(60℃)为110^-340mPa·s,降黏效果明显增强;现场实验表明该降黏剂可明显降低采油中注汽压力,提高蒸汽驱替效率,降低产出液中的含水量,可有效提高稠油井产量。 For the problem of poor reservoir properties in heavy oil reservoir recovery by steam injec- tion, and poor gas throughput of high-middle water cut oil well, the modified polyoxyethylene phenol ethers was developed together with two modifiers as emulsifying viscosity reducer. And then a field experiment was conduct for the process of oil recovery by steam injection. Results show that when the ratio of viscosity-reducer is 8 : 1 : 0. 5, calcium and magnesium ions resistance of viscosity reducer could reach the concentrations of 30 g/L. It has good thermal stability below 125 ℃. When the mass fraction of viscosity reducer is 0.3%, the displacement efficiency increased by 19%, mass fraction of water content is greater than 50% emulsifier concentration is 0.1%-0.5% and Oil viscosity is 110 - 340 mPa · s (60 ℃), which shows significantly enhanced viscosity reduction. The field experiment suggested that the oil viscosity reducer can dramatically reduce the steam injection pressure in the process of oil recovery, and improve the displacement efficiency of steam and reduce the water content in the produced fluid. The production of heavy oil reservoir was therefore improved effectively.
