微裂缝封堵护壁材料FPS的合成及其性能 被引量:2

摘要 以废泡沫、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酰胺为原料,通过乳液聚合方法制备了微裂缝封堵用胶乳护壁材料,考察了引发剂比例及用量、油水体积比、乳化剂的HLB值及其用量等因素对钻井液滤失量和流变性能影响。结果表明,当引发剂过硫酸钾/偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐(质量比)=1:1,引发剂用量为0.3%-0.5%、丙烯酸酯/废泡沫/丙烯酰胺(质量比)=(2.75-4.0)∶(1.0-2.0)∶(0.8-1.25)、复合乳化剂用量为2.0%-4.0%、乳液pH值7-8、反应温度80℃时,制得护壁材料抗温达200℃,具有较好降滤失和护壁成膜作用,在淡水钻井液中加量为2.0%时滤失量降低70%。 Using waste foam, acrylate and acrylamide, Latex wellbore protection material is synthesized by emulsion polymerization to plug microcrack. The influence of related factors, such as the ratio and amount of initiator, water-oil ratio, the amount and HLB of the emulsifier are studied on the filtration and rheological property. The experiment results shows that the product has better effect on filtration control and film-forming wellbore protection and the temperature resistance can be up to 200℃, when potassium: 2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride= 1 : 1, initiator amount is at the range of 0.3%-0.5%, acrylate : polystyrene : acrylamide: (2.75 - 4.0) : (1.0 - 2.0) : (0.8- 1.25), compound emulsifier amount is at the range of 0.2%- 0.4%, emulsion pH is 7 - 8 and reaction temperature is 80 ℃. The filtration of freshwater mud decreases by 70 % whert 2.0 % product was added.
