摘要
用凝胶渗透色谱分析了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的相对分子质量及分布,采用邻氯苯酚于110℃溶解试样,冷却到室温后,再用8倍体积的三氯甲烷稀释,可获得最佳的溶解效果。建立的分析方法便于操作、重复性好、精密度高,为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯合成工艺提供了有效的分析数据。
A new GPC method was adopted to analyze relative molecular mass and distribution of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT). The sample was dissolved at 110 ℃ and cooled to the room temperature, then Diluted by 8 times chloroform volume ratio to achieve the best effect of dissolution. The method is easy to operate with good repeatability and high precision. It gives effective analysis of PBT.
