摘要
针对炼油生产中油品微量水检测中的问题,对水分测定过程中环境湿度、电极、卡氏试剂滴定度、试样均匀程度及溶剂等因素进行探讨。实验结果表明:环境相对湿度约为50%,卡式试剂滴定度为2-5mg/mL,电极洁净,试样均匀,测得油品中水分的相对偏差小于5%,符合实验分析要求。
Humidity, electrodes, reagent, degree of sample homogeneity and solvents in the process were discussed for the detection problem of trace water in petroleum products. It would be in line with requirements of experimental analysis when relative humidity was about 50 %, the reagent cassette titre was 2 - 5 mg/mL, electrode was clean, sample was homogeneous, and the relative deviation of measured results was less than 5%.
