在实行不动产统一登记制度的新形势下,油品销售企业应当积极采取应对措施,努力做好不动产管理工作,最大限度地保护企业权益。
With the implementation of a unified real estate registration system, oil products companies should take active measures to properly carry out real estate management to protect their own interests as much as possible.
