摘要
研讨类课程设计与开发是当前成人培训中的薄弱环节,在一定程度上存在研讨主题分散、过程设计不细、研讨质量不高、流于形式等问题。为了更好地提升研讨类课程的质量和效果,总结了研讨类课程的特点、分类、设计与开发原则,并结合实践,重点探讨了目标学员分析、课程目标设计、研讨主题设计、研讨过程设计和学用转化设计等研讨类课程设计与开发流程关键控制点,提供了有效的工具和方法。
The designing and development of seminar courses has been a weak link in current training for adults, as there have been certain problems with such courses, such as the topics for discussion are disconnected, processes are not designed with adequate detail, seminars are not conducted to satisfactory standard, and discussions are reduced to mere formality. To better improve the quality and effectiveness of seminar courses, the paper tries to sort out the characteristics, classification, and designing & development principles of seminar courses. In addition, the paper examines, on the basis of practical experience, the key control points in designing and developing seminar courses, including target audience analysis, course objectives design, discussion topics design, discussion process design, and learning transfer design. Some effective tools and methods are also provided.
