摘要
访谈式课程以互动性强、机动灵活等特点,被应用于培训项目中。天津石化培训中心在关注培训课程转型升级的同时,在培训形式上也进行了创新和尝试,在新员工培训中尝试了访谈式课程的实践,取得了良好的效果。
Interview-based courses are being used in training projects for their flexibility and their ability to provide highly interactive learning. addition to restructuring and upgrading training courses, the Training Center of SINOPEC Tianjin Company has also worked to bring in new forms of training by applying interview- based courses to the training of new employees on a trial basis, which has produced satisfactory results.
