摘要
在附件机匣进行持久寿命试验过程中,功率输出轴组件发生了断裂故障。通过外观检查、断口分析、表面检查、成分分析、组织检查及硬度测试等手段对断裂性质进行判定,并分析了故障原因。结果表明:功率输出轴为疲劳断裂,断裂的主要原因是由于与其相连接的联轴器结构设计的不合理,工作中联轴器对功率输出轴产生了附加弯矩,导致功率输出轴发生旋转弯曲疲劳断裂;疲劳源处为结构应力集中部位,降低了轴的抗疲劳强度,进一步促进了疲劳裂纹过早萌生。
The output power shaft system fractured during the creep life test of an accessory gearbox. The fracture mode and caused were investigated by means of macro and micro observation,chemical analysis,metallographic examination and hardness testing. The results indicate that the failure mode of the output power shaft is fatigue fracture. The fracture was caused by unreasonable coupling structure design,resulting in additional bending moment on the output power shaft. As a result,rotary bending fatigue fracture occurred to the output power shaft. In addition,due to stress concentration at the fatigue source,the antifatigue strength of the output power shaft was weakened,accelerating the initiation of the fatigue crack.
