摘要
从建邺区智慧新城建设过程中面临的对于基础地理信息共享交换的现实需求入手,围绕建设区域地理信息共享交换平台以及管理运行机制总体目标,通过"一套标准体系、一套数据体系、一套软件体系、一套运行支撑环境"建设,以及在城市管理、公共安全、社会治理、政务服务等多个领域的典型应用,全面阐述智慧城市地理信息共享平台建设的意义、目标、内容、架构、创新点及建设应用模式,为智慧新城公共信息平台建设落地提供参考。
Facing in the practical demands of basic geographic information sharing, to build up smart city of Jianye District was analyzed at the very beginning in the article. Then, according to the general goal and management mechanism of developing sharing platform of geographic information,＂a set of standards system, a set of databases system, a set of softwares system, and a set of operation support environments＂were developed, as well as the typical application systems for urban management, public security, social governance, and e-government services. The achievements, such as the general goal, the main contents, the overall structure, and the application mode of sharing platform of basic geographic information, are provided for developing the public information platform of smart city.
