摘要
信息技术的发展为测绘地理信息带来了新的驱动与挑战,通过分析数字城市地理信息公共平台建设取得的成果与存在的问题,探讨了运用云计算、物联网、大数据、时空数据挖掘等技术实现数字城市地理信息公共平台向智慧城市时空信息云平台进行智慧化升级转型的措施与内容,并以数字福州地理信息公共平台为具体实例,探讨其在新时期与信息技术冲击下完成智慧化转型的建设方向。
The development of information technology brings the new driving force and challenges of geomatics. On the base of analyzing both the achievements and deficiencies of geographic information common platform of digital city, this paper discusses how to make the smart transformation from geographic information common platform of digital city to spatio-temporal information cloud platform of smart city by utilizing cloud computing, intemet of things, big data, spatio- temporal data mining, etc. Finally, taking the geographic information common platform of digital Fuzhou as example, the paper analyzes the contents of smart transformation on the impact of information technology in new era.
