轻型地中海贫血孕前和孕期妇女营养干预效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨营养干预轻型地中海贫血孕前和孕期妇女,改善贫血。方法选择2014年1-12月在海南省妇幼保健院进行孕前、产前保健中已经确诊地中海贫血、血红蛋白≤90 g/L的孕妇及孕前妇女60例分组进行营养干预或传统治疗各30例,观察效果。结果实验组营养干预后血红蛋白提高优于对照组,研究结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预可以提高轻型地中海贫血孕妇或孕前妇女血红蛋白,改善贫血状况,疗效显著,不良反应少。 Objective To explore the effect of nutrition intervention on women with thalassemia minor before and during pregnancy,in order to change the anemia. Methods During Jan. to Dec. 2014,60 pregnant women or progestation women with thalassemia or hemoglobin ≤ 90 g / L were enrolled in this study,and divided into nutritional intervention group and conventional treatment group. Results After intervention,nutrition intervention group had higher hemoglobin increase than conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention can improve the hemoglobin of pregnant or pregnant women with thalassemia minor,improve their anemia curative and reduce adverse reaction.
