血清游离雌三醇水平对妊娠期并发症及分娩结局的影响研究

Influence of serum unconjugated estriol on pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes

目的探讨血清游离雌三醇(uE3)水平对妊娠期并发症及分娩结局的影响。方法选择2014年4月-2015年4月广东省清远市妇幼保健院妇产科收治的初产妇368例,根据孕妇孕中期血清uE3水平分为uE3降低组(uE3<0.4Mo M,n=37)和u E3正常组(uE3≥0.4Mo M,n=331),比较两组孕妇妊娠期间高血压、糖尿病、胎盘早剥及不良分娩结局发生情况,并进行组间比较。结果 uE3降低组孕妇妊娠期高血压及胎盘早剥,胎儿窘迫和胎膜早破发生率均明显高于uE3正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低水平uE3与妊娠期并发症和不良分娩结局密切相关,检查孕中期血清uE3水平对预防妊娠期并发症和不良分娩结局具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the influence of serum unconjugated estriol（ uE3） on pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes. Methods During April 2014 to April 2015,368 primipara were selected from the pregnancy women who hospitalized in Qingyuan maternal and child health care hospital,these primipara were divided into uE3 lower group（ uE3 0. 4Mo M,n = 37） and uE3 normal group（ uE3 ≥0. 4Mo M,n = 331） according to mid-pregnancy serum. The pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of gestational hypertension,placental abruption,fetal distress and premature rupture of fetal membranes in uE3 lower group were significantly higher than that of uE3 normal group（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion The lower level of serum uE3 was closely related with pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes,and it is important to detect serum uE3 in mid-pregnancy for preventing pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
