摘要
本研究采用手握法采集成年种公猪精液,预处理后用添加了不同剂量二氯乙酸钠(0、1、0.1、0.01 mmol/L)抗凋亡试剂的稀释液进行稀释,观察试剂对猪精子冷冻后的畸形率和顶体完整率的影响。结果表明:在冷冻稀释液中添加二氯乙酸钠对冻后精子的畸形率和顶体完整率没有改善作用。
In this study, semens of adult boars were collected by hand, diluted with dilution of anti-apoptotic drugs with different doses of dichloroacetate sodium （0, 1, 0.1, 0.01mmol/L） after pretreatment, then examined the sperm＇s deformity rate and acrosomal integrity rate under the microscope. The results showed that frozen diluents added with dichloroacetate sodium could not im- prove the deformity rate and acrosomal integrity rate of frozen sperm.
