高校科技创新与高技术产业创新耦合协调发展的时空特征及驱动机制研究 被引量:42

An Analysis on the Driving Mechanism and Spatial-Temporal Characteristics of the Coupling Coordinated Development Between Science and Technology Innovation in Universities and Innovation in High-Technology Industries

摘要 在分析高校科技创新与高技术产业创新耦合协调机理的基础上,采用"纵横向"拉开档次法对两个系统进行综合评价,并进一步探讨高校科技创新与高技术产业创新耦合协调发展的时空特征和驱动机制。研究结果表明:(1)不同省份两个系统耦合协调发展的时序特征发生分异;(2)两个系统的耦合协调发展度整体呈现"东高西低"的空间分布格局,并且出现了低度耦合协调发展、中度耦合协调发展和高度耦合协调发展三种状态;(3)高校科技创新效率、产学合作程度、高校知识溢出能力和高技术产业吸收能力是两个系统耦合协调发展的重要驱动因素,而高技术产业创新效率对其驱动效应不显著。 On the basis of analysis of the coupling coordinated mechanism between science and technology innovation in universities and innovation in high-technology industries, this paper comprehensively evaluates the two systems through the method called 'vertical and horizontal' scatter degree and discusses the driving mechanism and spatial-temporal characteristics of the coupling coordinated development between science and technology innovation in universities and innovation in high-technology industries. The results show that: Firstly, the differences among the spatial-temporal characteristics of the coupling coordinated development between two systems are obvious. Secondly, the coupling coordinated development between two systems presented a clear pattern of spatial distribution pattern of east high and west low and three kinds of state of low, moderate and high degree also appear in coupling coordinated development. Finally, conclusions can be drawn that the important driving factors in the two systems of coupling coordinated development are the efficiency of science and technology innovation in universities, industry-academy cooperation degree, knowledge spillover ability of universities and absorptive capacity of high technology industry. On the contrary, the driving effect of the efficiency of innovation in high-technology industries is not significant for the two systems.
