介绍了真空感应熔炼技术的发展过程以及感应冶炼技术在不同场合的应用。针对不同真空感应炉炉型的结构,比较各自优劣势。展望未来真空感应炉的发展方向,阐述其发展趋势。真空感应炉的发展进步主要体现在,设备整体结构逐步完善,模块化趋势日益明显以及具有更加智能的控制系统。
The developing process and the application of vacuum induction melting technology were introduced. Kinds different electromagnetic induction heating equipment were compared with others. The development direction and the trend induction furnace were prospected, including the equipment structure, the trend of modularization and intelligent control system.
