Military Health Service Support of Airborne Combat in Cold Area: Problems and Countermeasures

目的探讨提高寒区空降作战卫勤保障能力。方法结合赴寒区基地化训练的卫勤保障工作经验,研究分析寒区空降作战卫勤保障需解决的问题。结果寒区空降作战卫勤保障面临自然环境复杂而伤员救治困难、卫生减员率高而医疗后送困难、药材需求量大而及时补给困难、敌情威胁严重而人员集结困难;提出强化参加作战人员的训练伤防护能力、提高寒区空降作战伤病员后送效率、加强寒区空降作战战备药材储备、保证空降作战卫勤人员的持续性对策。

Objective To improve the ability of health service support in airborne operations in cold area. Methods According to our health service support experiences in training base, to analyze the main problems of health service supports in airborne combat in cold area. Results The main difficulties faced by the health service support of airborne combat in cold area included the following aspects ： the treatment of complex wounded in natural environment, high health attrition rate with great medical evacuation difficulties, large demand for medicinal material with difficult supply in time, server enemy threats with difficult personnel assembly. The author put forward some suggestions, which included strengthening the training of military training injury of combat personnel, improving the casualty evacuation efficiency during airborne combat in cold area, reinforcing the medicinal material reserve, ensuring the continuity of airborne combat medical service staff.
