Integrated Rotation and Renewal Mode of Field First Aid Medicine in Regional Army

目的探索区域一体化部队战救药材轮换更新机制。方法采取模型推演与实践验证相结合,构建区域一体化部队战救药材轮换更新组织指挥体系与工作流程,开展战救药材轮换更新效益分析,查找实施难点。结果通过"分片保障、就近就便"原则搭建医院与体系部队的战救药材轮换更新机制,首批轮换药品24个品种,价值10 284.2元。结论区域一体化部队战救药材轮换更新,可以有效提升区域部队卫勤保障的综合效益,为优化部队战备药材管理模式提供参考经验。

Objective To explore the integrated rotation and renewal mechanism of field first aid medicine in regional army. Methods Adopting the model deduction and practice verifying, the author established the command system and working process of integrated rotation and renewal mechanism of field first aid medicine in regional army, analyzed its effectiveness and find out the difficulties of implementation. Results Guided by principle of each hospital performs its own duty regionally and expediently, the author set up rotation and renewal mechanism of field first aid medicine between hospital and the grassroots army. The first batch rotated 24 kinds of medicine with a value of 10 284.2 RMB. Conclusion The integrated rotation and renewal mode of field first aid medicine in regional army can improve the comprehensive effectiveness of military health service support, and provide reference and experience for optimizing medicine management of the army.
