The authors made a SWOT analysis on the military mobile health service team of certain hospital in certain branch joint logistics department, which included the general analysis of internal and external condition, recognizing their own advantages and disadvantages, clarifying the external opportunity and challenge. Some sug- gestions were also put forward combining with the actual construction of military mobile health service team.
