摘要 国内麻醉手术风险评估开展较少,尚无成熟流程,本科编制一个以病情、机能状况、手术和麻醉风险层层过滤和分级管理的风险评估流程,并绘制流程图。此风险评估流程步骤简单,实施流畅,容易操作,可发现风险因素,导引防范,提高患者安全性和医疗质量。 In China, the preoperative risk prediction carried out less and there is no mature process. The authors developed a process of preoperative risk prediction process with risk assessment of disease, functional capability, surgery and anesthesia risks, which were filtrated. The flowchart of hierarchical management was formulated. The risk assessment has the following characteristics, process simple, smooth implementation, and easy to operate. The process can find the risk factors, help prevent complications, and improve patient safety and medical quality.
