摘要 目的对社区企事业单位员工健康管理的可行性模式进行探索和研究。方法干预组为辖区范围内同意签约的企事业单位员工,签约家庭医师,知情同意并完成健康管理全过程,落实家庭医生制健康管理服务基本内容及根据需求制定特需服务,12个月为一个周期,以整体健康风险评估问卷效果,对照组为辖区非集体签约员工。结果干预后,干预组整体健康风险评估问卷得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.894,P<0.01)。结论通过集体签约家庭医生制服务对社区企事业单位员工进行团体性健康管理,有利于家庭医生制服务开展,降低员工健康风险因素。 Objective To explore and study the feasible model of health management for community employees in enterprise and facilitieS. Methods Intervention group is the employees who agreed with family doctor contract, were informed consent and completed the whole process of health management. Implementing the family doctor system basic content of health management according to the needs of the development of special services for a period of 12 months. To evaluate the effects by using Chinese Health Risk Appraisal QuestionnaireV1.0 (CHRAQV1.0). The control group is the no group contract employees in the area. Results After the intervention, scores of CHRAQ V1.0in the intervention group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2. 894,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Mass health management services to the community employees through group contract with the family doctor system. Then advantageous mode to the family doctor system, reduced employee health risk factors.
