医学生实习是医学高等教育的重要阶段,教学医院承担着重要责任。实习生进入医院实习需进行岗前培训,对医院概况、医疗法规、电子病历、院感知识等进行统一培训学习。进入临床后,科室主任和带教小组加强教育管理、理论联系实际,培养实习生良好医德医风和临床思维处置能力、实现从医学生到医师的转变。
