浙江不同产地山核桃叶主要黄酮苷元含量的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:测定和比较浙江不同产地山核桃叶中的主要黄酮苷元含量,为寻找黄酮苷元含量较高的山核桃叶提供了方向,将有利于山核桃叶的进一步开发利用。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以相应化合物最大吸收波长为检测波长,对不同产地山核桃叶中白杨素、小豆蔻明、球松素查尔酮和球松素的含量进行测定,并比较各个产地山核桃叶中白杨素、小豆蔻明、球松素查尔酮和球松素含量的差异。结果:白杨素、小豆蔻明、球松素查尔酮和球松素浓度分别在0.0025~0.025、0.0025—0.025、0.025~0.600和0.0125—0.250mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系。白杨素和球松素查尔酮以淳安县威坪镇汪川村山核桃叶最高,而小豆蔻明和球松素以浙江中医药大学滨江校区山核桃叶最高,临安市湍口镇凉溪村山核桃叶中白杨素、小豆蔻明、球松素查尔酮和球松素均最低。结论:浙江不同产地山核桃叶中主要黄酮苷元白杨素、小豆蔻明、球松素查尔酮和球松素含量具有较大的差异,根据需要选择不同产地的山核桃叶进行开发利用。 Objective: To determine and compare the content of primary flavonoid aglycones in the leaves of Carya cathayensi Sarg. from different areas in Zhejiang province in order to guide us to find out the leaves with higher content of flavonoid aglycones,benefiting the development and use of the leaves of Carya cathayensis Sarg. further. Method: Using the RP -HPLC method, the contents of chrysin, cardanomin, pinostrobin chalcone and pinostrobin in leaves from different areas were determined and compared with the detection wavelengths of 262 nm (chrysin) , 340 nm (cardanomin, pinostrobin chalcone) ,284 nm(pinostrobin) and the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution (70:30). Results: The calibration curves of chrysin, cardanomin, pinostrobin chalcone and pinostrobin were linear in the range of 0. 002 5 -0.025 mg/mL,0. 002 5 -0. 025 mg/mL,0. 025 -0. 600 mg/mL and 0. 012 5 -0. 250 mg/mL,respectively. The contents of chrysin and pinostrobin chalcone in the leaves from Wangchuan village Weiping town Chun'an county were the highest and the contents of eardanomin and pinostrobin in the leaves from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were the highest. But the contents of 4 flavonoid aglycones in the leaves from Liangxi village Tuankou town Linlm county were the lowest. Conclusion: The contents of 4 flavonoid aglycones in the leaves of Carya cathayensis Sarg. from different areas in Zhejiang province had large difference, and thus choosing a different origin leaves for development and utilization according to the need is significant.
