周富明主任运用溺毒清合剂治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效评价

Curative Effect Evaluation of ZHOU Fuming's Use of Niduqing in Treating Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:总结分析周富明主任医师在西医治疗基础上联合溺毒清合剂治疗慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)临床效果。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年6月收治的74例慢性肾衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组38例与对照组36例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上由周富明主任医师辨证加用溺毒清合剂。比较两组临床疗效;肾纤维化指标,血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)及层黏蛋白(LN);肾功能变化尿素氮(Bun)、肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)、血红蛋白(Hb)。结果:(1)对照组与治疗组临床总有效率分别为75.0%(27/36),93.3%(35/38),两组比较在统计学上具有显著性意义(χ2=6.428,P<0.05)。(2)治疗组HA、C-Ⅳ、PC-Ⅲ、LN水平显著低于对照组,两组比较在统计学上具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组于对照组Bun、Scr、UA、Hb水平比较显著改善,在统计学上具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上加用溺毒清合剂治疗CRF显著提高临床疗效,保护肾功能,延缓肾纤维化进程,具有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective： To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of chief physician ZHOU Fuming using Western medicine combined with Niduqing to treat chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods： 74 cases of patients with chronic renal failure in our department from January 2012 to June 2014 were analyzedand were randomly divided into treatment group 38 cases and control group36 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group on the basis of the control group was given Niduqing according to syndrome differentiation by chief physician ZHOU Fuming. Clinical efficacy, renal fibrosis index, serum hyaluronic acid （ HA）, collagen type Ⅳ （ C - Ⅳ）, type Ⅲ procollagen （ PC -Ⅲ） and laminin （ LN）, renal function changes, blood urea nitrogen （ BUN）, creatinine （ Scr）, uric acid （UA） and hemoglobin （Hb） of two groups were compared. Results：（ 1 ）The clinical total effective rates of control group and treatment group were respectively 75.0% （27/36） and 93.3% （35/38） and the two groups had significantly difference in statisties（x2 =6. 428 ,P 〈0.05）. （2） HA,C - IV,PC -Ⅲ and LN levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the two groups had statisticalsignificance （P 〈 0.05）. （3） Bun, Scr, UA and Hb levels of the treatment group were significantly improved than those of the control group and they were statisticallysignificant（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Western medicine combined with Niduqing in treatment of CRFcan significantly improve the clinical efficacy, protect renal function and delay the process of renal fibrosis, which has the clinical application value.
