摘要
目的:研究加味甘麦大枣颗粒的质量标准研究。方法:运用TLC对加味甘麦大枣颗粒中的合欢皮、地龙和甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对甘草苷和甘草酸铵进行定量测定。结果:各薄层定性色谱中,供试品在与对照药材相应位置血显相同颜色的斑点;甘草鲁在0.035~0.700μg范围内(R12=0.9996),甘草酸铵在0.324—6.488μg范围内(R22=1.0000)与色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论:所用方法简便、重现性好、专属性强,为加味甘麦颗粒质量评价提供了依据。
Objective: To study the quality standard of Jiawei Ganmai Dazao Granule. Methods: By using HPLC, the quantitative analysis on glycyrrhizin was carried out. By using TLC, the qualitative analysis on Cortex Albizziae, Pberetima and Glycyrrhiza was carried out. Results: In TLC, the test samples and the reference drugs in the appropriate location were on the same color spots. Glycyrrhizinate acid showed excellent regression (R1 ^2 = 0.999 6) at 0. 035 - 0. 700 μg; ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed excellent regression ( R22 = 1. 000 0) at 0. 324- 6. 488 μg. Conclusion : The method is simple and reproducible with strong specificity to provide a basis for quality evaluation of Jiawei Ganmai Dazao Granule.
