益气化痰方对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗的疗效、不良反应及生存质量的影响

Influence of Supplementing Qi and Resolving Phlegm Prescription on Chemotherapy Effect,Side Effects and Quality of Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:益气化痰方对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗的疗效、不良反应及生存质量的影响。方法:72例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组仅采用化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上结合益气化痰方治疗。对比分析两组疗效、生存质量改善情况、免疫功能水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组生存质量改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8治疗后较治疗前增加,CD+8治疗后较治疗前减少(P<0.05);观察组CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8治疗后显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD+8显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化痰方对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗的疗效显著,可明显提高患者生存质量,且不良反应小,临床应用安全可靠,具有重要研究意义。

Objective ： To discuss the influence of Supplementing Qi and Resolving Phlegm Prescription for chemotherapy effect,side effects and quality of life of patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods： 72 patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 36） and control group （ n = 36）. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone and the observation group with Supplementing Qi and Resolving Phlegm Prescription on the basis of the control group. The effect of the two groups, the improvement of the quality of life, the changes of immune function levels and the occurrence of side effects were analyzed. Results ： The efficiency of the two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The observation group＇s survival quality improvement rate was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇s CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^ ＋ after treatment increased than those before treatment and CD8 ^＋ reduced after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation ＋ ＋ group＇s CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ after treatment were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05） and CD8^＋ was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The side effects were significantly less than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Supplementing Qi and Resolving Phlegm Prescription has significant efficacy on patients with non small cell lung cancer,which can significantly improve patients＇quality of life and reduce the side effects. The clinical application is safe and reliable with the important research significance.
