中医闭合手法复位联合中药熏洗治疗踝部骨折临床疗效观察

Closed Manipulative Reduction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in Treatment of Ankle Fracture

目的:探讨中医闭合手法复位联合中药熏洗治疗踝部骨折患者的临床疗效观察及其安全性评价。方法:自2012年3月—2015年3月期间收治的踝部骨折患者86例,根据随机分组法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=44)。对照组仅采用中医闭合手法复位治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药熏洗治疗。对比分析两组优良率、解剖复位情况及Baird-Jackson踝关节评分情况。结果:观察组优良率(88.64%)显著高于对照组(71.43%);两组解剖复位率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组疼痛评分、行走评分及稳定评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医闭合手法复位联合中药熏洗治疗踝部骨折患者的临床疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要研究意义,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of closed manual reduction combined with TCM fumigation treatment of ankle fractures. Methods： From March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital,86 patients with ankle fractures were randomly divided into control group （ n = 42） and observation group （ n = 44）. The control group used closed manipulative reduction treatment and the observation group combined herbal fumigation treatment. Comparative analysis of excellent rate, anatomic reattachment and two Baird -Jackson ankle score situation was carried out. Results： Excellent rate of observation group （88, 64% ） was significantly higher （71.43%） and there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） between two groups＇reattachment rate. The observation group＇s pain score, score and stable running scores were significantly higher （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese herbal fumigation combined with closed manual reduction has significant therapeutic effect of ankle fractures. It is safe and reliable and has great significance, worthy of further application.
