益气养心汤联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常

Yiqi Yangxin Decoction Combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets in Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的:观察益气养心汤合美托洛尔治疗心律失常疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将242例分为两组,均进行西药综合治疗,并停服其它抗心律失常药5个半衰期。对照组68例美托洛尔口服。治疗组174例在对照组基础上加服益气养心汤,3次/d,口服。均4周为1疗程。观察动态心电图与临床症状改善及不良反应。治疗4疗程(112 d)判定疗效。结果:动态心电图改善总有效率治疗组68.4%优于对照组36.7%(P<0.01),临床症状疗效总有效率治疗组81.7%优于对照组30.9%(P<0.05),不良反应治疗组低于对照组。结论:益气养心汤可抗心律失常,与美托洛尔联用可提高疗效,减少不良反应。

Objective ：To explore the curative effects of Yiqi Yangxin Decoction combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets （BETALOC） in treating cardiac arrhythmia. Metods ：242 cases according with diagnostic criteria for cardiac arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group （68 cases） and treatment group （174 cases）. The control group was given BETALOC 12.5 -25.0 mg, twice a day while the treatment group was given Yiqi Yangxin Decoction three times a day based on the control group. We observed two groups＇dynamic cardiograms （DCG） and improvement of symptom after 4 weeks. Results：The ECG effective rate was 68.4% and the clinical effective rate was 36.7% in treatment group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in ECG （81.7%） and symptom （30.9%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangxin Decoction is safe and effeetivein the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia, which combined with BETALOC can increase efficacy and reduce side effects.
