阿是穴傍针刺结合电针治疗中青年颈型颈椎病临床疗效

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Ashi Points Nearby Acupuncture Combined with Electroacupuncture for Cervical Spondylopathy of Young and Middle-Aged Patients

目的:评价阿是穴傍针刺结合电针治疗中青年颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将63例颈型颈椎病中青年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组选取最敏感的阿是穴若干个,数目不定(≤5穴),采用傍针刺法;对照组选取常规穴位,普通针刺法,两组均接入频率100 Hz连续波,隔日1次,共治疗5次。结果:组内比较,两组的颈椎病疗效评定评分在首次、第3次、第5次疗后评定时与疗前相比差异均有统计学意义;而疼痛视觉量表评分,治疗组3次评分与疗前比较均有统计学意义,对照组仅在第3次、第5次疗后评定时与疗前相比有统计学意义。组间比较,这3个评价时间点的评分治疗组均优于对照组。说明阿是穴傍针刺结合电针对改善中青年颈型颈椎病的症状方面,明显优于常规选穴治疗。结论:阿是穴傍针刺结合电针治疗可有效改善中青年型颈椎病的症状,具有积极的治疗意义。

Objective ： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Ashi points nearby acupuncture combined with electroa- cupuncture for the young and middle - aged cervical spondylosis patients. Methods ： 63 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used the most sensitive Ashi points （less than or equal to 5 points） with the proximal needling method. The control group used conventional points selection and ordinary acupuncture. Two groups were both given 100 Hz continuous wave, once every other day, for 5 times in total. Results ： The evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups on the first,third and filth day after treatment had statistical significance. The 3 times pain visual analog scale scores of treatment group were statistically significant compared with that before treatment and the control group＇s third time and fifth time scores after treatment had statistical significance. Comparison between groups, scores of the treatment group＇s 3 evaluation time points were better than the control group＇s. Acupuncture nearby Ashi points combined with electroacupuncture has significantly better effect than the conventional point selection treatment, Conclusion：Ashi points nearby acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis and has positive significance in treatment.
