丹栀逍遥散辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效观察

Analysis of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Patients

目的:探究中药汤剂丹栀逍遥散辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法:对2013年12月—2015年2月被确诊为慢性盆腔炎的200例患者的临床资料和实验室数据进行分析,依据计算机分组,随机分为实验组和对照组各100例,对照组联合用药进行治疗,药物选择丹红注射液配合抗生素;实验组则在此联合用药的基础上,再配合丹栀逍遥散进行辅助治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,进行评估及对比。结果:依据临床效果的结果显示,实验组显效率50.00%,有效率为48.00%,总有效率为98.00%,对照组显效为30.00%,有效率为55.00%,总有效率为85.00%,实验组的治疗效果显著高于对照组,存在显著差异,具有可比性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);依据不良反应发生状况分析,实验组8例一次性高热;对照组5例阴道瘙痒,3例轻度丘疹,两组不良反应发生率一致,为8.00%,没有显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),未发生严重的不良反应。结论:中医妇产科采用丹栀逍遥散对慢性盆腔炎进行辅助治疗,疗效确切且显著,安全性良好,配合基础常规的治疗可以有效地提高临床疗效,避免不良反应的发生,值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder adjuvant therapy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method： In December 2013 - February 2013 in our hospital obstetrics ,200 chronic pelvic inflammatory patients were analyzed;and according to the computer, were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group （ n = 100）. The control used Danhong injection with antibiotics. The experimental group on the basis of the combination, combined Danzhi Xiaoyao powder for auxiliary treatment. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Results ： According to clinical effects, the experimental group＇ S efficiency was 50.00%, effective rate 48. 00% and total effective rate 98.00%. The control group＇ s efficiency was 30.00%, effective rate 55,00% and total effective rate 85.00%. The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than＇that of the Control group and there are significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to the adverse reactions analysis, experimental group＇ s 8 cases had one - time high fever and control group＇ s 5 cases had vaginal itching and 3 cases had mild pimples. The incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were both 8.00%, with no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） and there was no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion ： Danzhi Xiaoyao powder adjuvant therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant curative effect, good security and can effectively improve the clinical curative effect as well as avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions when cooperated with the conventional treatment,worthy of further clinical research and extension.
