Research on Decisions of Closed-loop Supply Chain under Different Hybrid Recycling Modes

摘要 为了分析不同混合回收模式对闭环供应链成员决策和绩效的影响,采用Stackelberg博弈法,建立了三种具有替代性的混合回收模式,对比分析了不同混合回收模式下的成员决策和绩效,通过算例分析了替代系数的影响。研究发现:制造商和零售商回收模式中的利润最大,回收水平最高,零售价最低;零售商和第三方回收则相反。算例分析表明,价格与替代系数呈正向关系,回收率和利润与替代系数呈反向关系。 To analysis the impacts on decisions and performances of closed-loop supply chain members,three alternative hybrid recycling modes are constructed by using Stackelberg game theory. The decisions and performances of channel members are compared and analyzed, the influence of substitute coefficient is analyzed by numerical example. The results show that the profits and level of recycling are the highest,and the retail price is the lowest when manufacturer and retailer jointly as the recycler, and the results are contrary in RT mode. The numerical example indicates that there exists positive correlations between substitute coefficient and price, but the relationships between recovery rate and profits and substitute coefficient are opposite.
