摘要
以某钢铁企业钢管增载打包作业为研究对象,针对物流成本高、作业效率无法满足发运需求和人员忙闲不均等问题,运用精益改善手法提出改善方案。通过现场写实,运用秒表测试法、因果图、程序分析等工具对增载打包作业进行分析与改善,改善后,单次打包作业周期时间由原来的32.73min,降低到13.15min,作业人员数量由5人减少到4人。
This article mainly researches on the the increasing load packaging jobs of a steelmaker and suggests an improvement program using lean improvement methods for the problem of high logistics cost, personnel uneven busy and operation efficiency can not meet the customer needs. Use the stopwatch measurement method, causality diagram, program analysis to analysis the increasing load packaging jobs,after improvement, single packing operation cycle time from the original 32. 73min, decreases to 13. 15min, the number of workers is reduced from 5 to 4.
