人参产品中总皂苷、水分、灰分近红外光谱快速分析技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 建立一种利用近红外光谱技术快速测定人参产品中总皂苷、水分、灰分等指标的新方法。依据人参产品分等质量标准中总皂苷、水分、灰分含量测定方法,测定人参产品中总皂苷、水分、灰分等成分的含量,运用偏最小二乘法建立NIRS光谱与3种成分化学参考值之间的多元校正模型,对未知样品进行含量预测。结果表明,建立的定量模型准确性好,总皂苷、水分、灰分的内部交叉验证均方差分别是0.413、0.788、0.202;决定系数分别是0.9610、0.9529、0.8981;相对分析误差分别是5.06、4.63、3.13;对外部验证集样品进行外部验证,预测值与化学参考值的决定系数分别是0.9624、0.9475、0.8740;预测回收率是101.50%、95.60%、101.16%。近红外光谱法对人参产品中总皂苷、水分、灰分含量预测结果较好,为人参产品流通过程的快速、无损定量分析提供了依据。 The aim of the current study is to establish a new method using Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) for quick determination of total ginsenosid, water, ash in ginseng products. Methods of national standard were used to determine the contents of total ginsenosid, water, ash in ginseng products. Multivariate calibration models based on PLS algorithm were developed to correlate the spectra and the corresponding values determined by the reference methods. RMSECV of the models for total ginsenosid, water,ash were 0.413,0.788,0.202 respectively. The correlative coefficient of the calibration models was 0.9610,0.9529,0.8981 respectively. External validation with external validation samples proved that the relative coefficient of the predicted value and the truth value was 0.9624,0.9475,0.8740 respectively, with measured recycle rates of 101.50 %, 95.60 %, 101.16 %. NIRS can be used in the determination of total ginsenosid, water, ash, which sets up the foundation of fast analysis method of ginseng products quality.
