白花延龄草不同药用部位中氨基酸含量及组成对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 初步探索不同采收期白花延龄草根茎、茎叶及果实中氨基酸的组成及其与药用价值的相关性。采用高效离子交换色谱法测定样品中17种水解氨基酸的含量。7个白花延龄草样品中均含有17种氨基酸,氨基酸总量T在5195.67mg/100g^6985.62mg/100g之间,富含人体必需氨基酸和药用氨基酸。白花延龄草茎叶必需氨基酸含量和氨基酸构成模式都优于根茎。各采收期白花延龄草药用部位中的药用氨基酸含量M在3496.18mg/100g^4673.85mg/100g之间,且M/T值大于60%,其中根茎精氨酸含量高,茎叶亮氨酸含量高。 This paper investigated the amino acids composition and its relation with medicinal value in the different collection periods and the different medicinal parts of Trillium kamtschat/cum. The 17 kinds of hydrolysate amino acids in these samples were determined by high- performance ion - exchange chromatography. The results showed that all kinds of amino acids were found in the different medicinal parts of T. kamtschaticum. The total amino acids were in the range of 5195.67mg/100g- 6985.62mg/100g. All the testing samples were rich in essential amino acids and medicinal amino acids. The essential amino acids content and amino acid composition pattern of rhizomes were significantly superior to the mot parts. Medicinal amino acids of T. kamtschaticum were in the range of 3496.18mg/100g-4673.85mg/100g. Furthermore, the M/T values of these samples were more than 60%. The contents of arginine in the root parts were highest and the contents of leucine in rhizomes were highest.
