愈伤灵胶囊中挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

Analysis of the Chemical Costituents in Volatile Oil from Yushangling Capsule with GC-MS Analysis

采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法分析愈伤灵胶囊中的挥发油成分,为该制剂进一步研究及质量控制提供理论基础。采用《中国药典》一部(2010年版)附录XD方法提取愈伤灵胶囊的挥发油,应用GC-MS分析鉴定其化学成分,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。试验共检测出61个色谱峰,鉴定出其中的45个成分,占挥发油总数的95.22%,相对含量较多的化合物分别为龙脑(38.70%)和异龙脑(41.15%)。结果表明,愈伤灵胶囊中挥发油成分主要有龙脑和异龙脑等成分。

GC- MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Yushangling capsule in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research and quality control. The volatile oil components were extracted and isolated with steam distillation method according to ClaP（2010）. The components were quantitatively determined with area normalization method and identified by GC - MS. Sixty - one compounds were detected. A- mong them,only forty- five compounds were identified, which accounted for 95.22% of total volatile composition. The main compounds were DL- Isobomeol（41.15 % ）and Bomeol（38.70% ）, respectively. The major volatile constituents of Yushangling capsule are DL - Isobomeol, Bomeol etc.
