The development of number portability business is conducive to improve telecom market competition efficiency and service level of operators. Based on the analysis of number portability procedure, it analyzes and discusses the deployment scheme of NPHLR and NPMSC in depth, gives resolution on the deployment of NPHLR and NPMSC, and compares them, gives sugges-tions on the deployment modes in different phases.
