摘要
1999年英国推出了全球第一个IPTV业务,2010年我国开展了IPTV业务的运营与探索,业务发展、平台建设和运营等方面取得了新的进展,行业逐渐步入有序、稳健发展的新阶段,但IPTV平台在建设方面还存在一定的问题。通过对目前IPTV平台建设方案的分析,找出存在的不足,对磁盘内容的缓存调度算法和边缘节点直播录制设置提出了优化建设思路和方案,为后续IPTV平台的建设和技术进步做出了探索。
UK launched the world’s first IPTV service in 1999, China carried out the operations and exploration of IPTV business in 2010. Business development, platform construction and operation has made new progress, industry gradual y enters into the orderly and healthy development of the new stage, but IPTV platform stil exists some problems on construction. It analyzes the cur-rent IPTV platform construction scheme, put forward the disadvantages of the scheme, finds out the optimization idea and scheme, to provide exploration for subsequent IPTV platform construction and technological advances.
